Y.C Lee, Ph.D. – Project Lead and Executive Management

Dr. Y.C. Lee is the founder and Managing Director of C2C HealthCare Inc. (www.C2CHealthCare.ca ) and Concept 2 Clinic Inc. 

Dr Lee has more than 28 years of extensive pharmaceutical and business development experience.  He was both a board member and CEO of Pacgen Life Science Corporation (TSXv: PBS) from 2009 to 2011.  Pacgen is a life science company focusing on the commercial development of novel therapeutic drug products and innovative diagnostic technologies for global markets.

Dr. Lee was a co-founder and the CEO of Xphase Pharmaceuticals Inc..  Dr. Lee became Senior Director at PharmEng Technology Inc. in 2006 when it acquired PharmLink Inc.; a company co-founded by Dr. Lee in 2005 where he led a group of 20 scientists providing pharmaceutical related services. Before focusing his career on strategic corporate development, Dr. Lee was the Director of Analytical Development at Patheon Inc., where his laboratories developed more than 40 new chemical entities for global regulatory submissions from 2002 to 2005. Dr. Lee also held several senior managerial positions during his 11 years at Eli Lilly.

Dr Lee is the founder of Canadian Association of Naturopathic and Herbal Sciences (CaNHS).  CaNHS is a non-profit member-based organization, with the mission to establish a network of pharmaceutical scientists in Canada who strive for excellence in research, development, and training. The pursuit of this mission includes the organization of workshops, partnering events and annual symposiums.  CaNHS aspires to be involved in decision and policy-making processes at the Canadian government level and to promote international collaborations to advance Naturopathic Sciences, with a special focus on Herbal Sciences.
